For added convenience, one secure parking space is available within the same building, making this an ideal base for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Melbourne. BUILDING FACILITIES Guests can also access the building’s fitness facilities, subject to completing the required building induction. Important note: All guests must complete a building induction to access the swimming pool, gym, and other building facilities. Inductions are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 PM. Please note that we cannot guarantee access to the facilities if you do not complete the induction, and there will be no refund for the availability of the building facilities, which is beyond our control.
