This lovely home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps a total of 5 guests. The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge is light-filled and has great views of the deck and garden area. Two good size bedrooms with full linen included and a bathroom and separate laundry. Located close to the beach, this beautiful holiday home will not disappoint. Bring your children, family, friends and pets along. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or police are called this could affect your bond and we have the reserve the right to evict guests. Read and accept our terms and conditions.
