Elite Elwood welcomes you into a light and bright three-level coastal retreat, perfectly positioned just a 2‑minute stroll from the beach and a mere 20 metres from the vibrant Ormond Road shops. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by a charming courtyard and off‑street parking for two cars, complete with a beach parking permit, setting the stage for a relaxed and convenient stay. On the ground level, a delightful kids’ playroom awaits, outfitted with its own TV, a single bed, and a trundle bed - an ideal space for younger guests to unwind. Nearby, a modern bathroom with a shower and a thoughtfully arranged study featuring a new Koala queen‑size sofa bed, a desk, a comfortable chair, and dual monitors create a seamless blend of leisure and productivity. The middle level serves as the heart of the home, where a fully equipped kitchen delights with a blender, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer, soda stream, oven, toaster, kettle, and all the essential cooking amenities. This inviting space flows effortlessly into a welcoming dining area and loungeroom, enhanced by the convenience of an extra toilet, making every moment of your stay both comfortable and functional. Upstairs, the private quarters offer a luxurious escape. The master suite, featuring a sumptuous king bed, boasts its own bathroom with a separate bath and shower, while a second bedroom is thoughtfully arranged with a double bed and a single trundle, ensuring flexible accommodation for extra guests. Modern entertainment options abound, from a smart TV with Netflix and an extra-large TV in the toy room to an Xbox 360 loaded with games, while high‑speed Wi‑Fi keeps you connected throughout. Though Elite Elwood remains a private residence with select owner’s items, every effort has been made to ensure guests feel completely at home, with dedicated spaces in the fridge and cupboards arranged for your comfort. Whether you’re here for a beachside getaway or a home away from home that effortlessly blends work and leisure, Elite Elwood offers the perfect balance of style, convenience, and coastal charm.

House Rules

Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests. Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been successfully completed. Read and accept our terms and conditions. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules applies. All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK-IN / OUT Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment of $1,000 is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result of breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. No loud music is to be played after 8 pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10 pm on Friday and Saturday nights. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS Pets are not allowed at the property. 6. LINEN AND TOWELS All bedding linen and towels are provided for your convenience. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request, please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange for a security patrol car to attend to the home to investigate the complaint. If this were to occur, then guests will be charged $300 + GST. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management before departure from the property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since management is not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Only the guests who agreed to the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip. Crockery and cutlery must be washed and packed away. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys in the event of losing the keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Thank you for abiding by the terms and conditions.
