There are strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. We welcome mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we have reserved the right to evict guests. Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed. Please read and accept our terms and conditions. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules apply. All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK IN / OUT Check-in time is 3 p.m., and check-out time is 10 a.m. When your booking is confirmed, refer to the house manual for the key location and your unique code. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss, or expense incurred by management as a result of breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to, any breakage, damage, or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is on a residential street. No loud music is to be played after 8 p.m. on weekdays, including Sunday, and after 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. Disobeying these rules may result in losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS Pets are allowed at the property. However, excessive fur or dirt found after the stay will incur an extra charge. 6. LINEN AND TOWELS Included in the home are a doona, doona cover, and pillows. What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. Guests have the choice of: BYO Linen / Towels—Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. They also bring their own beach, bath, and tea towels, along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s deshome'son for the bedding configurations. Linen Set Hire - Guests can rent a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price. Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first towel set ordered). Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can rent a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bath mat and hand towel. Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40. IAsk management for additional pricing ifthe stay is longer than seven days, For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen / towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted at the phone number on the booking request. Please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of receiving the complaint or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange for a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this were to occur, then guests would be charged $300 + GST. Any complaint that cannot be resolved locally must be notified in writing to management prior to departure from the property. We recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance since management is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must follow all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of property during your stay. It would be best if you let us know immediately. Only the guests who agreed to the booking may stay overnight at the property. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, and all rubbish must be put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for cleaning dirty dishes, washing the machine and washing the dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removing excessive rubbish, cleaning the BBQ, etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the added costs over and above the standard cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. All furniture and furnishings must be left in their position when you arrive. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of all accommodation keys, if any are provided. If you lose either of these, there will be an extra charge of $100 for keys. Smoking is not allowed in the house. 9. GENERAL There are security cameras located at the front of the home.
