In this conveniently located beautiful building on Constitution Hill opposite the luxurious Continental Hotel (Conti Hotel), you will find this 3-bedroom apartment. Park the car for your entire getaway and walk down the foreshore or up the road to Sorrento Village. It offers a stylish kitchen with all amenities and an open-plan living and dining room that leads to the inviting and private alfresco entertaining area at the back of the home, where you can relax with friends, champagne in hand. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.
House Rules
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or police are called this could affect your bond and we have the reserve the right to evict guests. Read and accept our terms and conditions. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules apply. If shoes can be taken off before entering it would be much appreciated.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. There's also room to park your boat on the grass at the front. Everything is within walking distance including the Continental Hotel, Sorrento Hotel, loads of cafes and shops and the Sorrento front beach. Please ask us any questions.
