Kindly note that the residence boasts a spectacular view overlooking Cali Beach Club, providing a delightful visual experience from the balcony. During Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, the vibrant atmosphere of the Club comes alive, accompanied by exceptional shows, enchanting lighting, and captivating views inside. However, we must acknowledge that during these nights, there is music audible until approximately 1 am. Despite this, the overall experience of witnessing the Club's lively ambience and mesmerizing surroundings is genuinely remarkable.
House Rules
Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbors complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we have reserved the right to evict guests. Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been successfully completed. Read and accept our terms and conditions. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules applies. All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK-IN / OUT Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. Refer to the house manual when booking the critical location, and your unique code is confirmed. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss, or expense incurred by management due to breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples include but are not limited to any breakage, damage, excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is on a residential street. No loud music will be played after 8 pm on weekdays, including Sunday, and after 10 pm on Friday and Saturday nights. Disobeying these rules may result in losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS Pets are not allowed at the property. 6. LINEN AND TOWELS All linen and towels are supplied for your convenience. Lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request; please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange for a security patrol car to attend to the home to investigate the complaint. If this occurs, guests will be charged $300 + GST. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management before departure from the property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management is not responsible for any injuries, illness, or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety, and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbors. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft, and property loss during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Only the guests who agreed to the booking may stay on the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the complex's rubbish bins provided. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for cleaning dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the standard cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. All furniture and furnishings must be left in their position when you arrive. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. In the event of losing the keys, duplicate keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100. Parking is available at the public carpark: Secure undercover carpark - right beside the building ( A height restriction of 1.9m ) $25 daily max Cypress Avenue Carpark (Outdoor car park)- across the street $5 per day, after 7 pm free Palm Avenue Carpark - next to cypress avenue carpark. If you are traveling with someone, you can also unload luggage at the driveway before parking, so you don’t need to carry luggage all the way. From the driveway to the outdoor car park, it’s quicker if you go through a beachside road.
