The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooking, a large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and an air fryer, giving you everything you need whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or a shared dinner after a day at the beach. The refurbished bathroom and separate laundry, complete with a washing machine, offer convenience for more extended stays, while split-system heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort. Each of the three bedrooms features a comfortable queen bed, making the home ideal for couples, families or small groups. The main bedroom includes a generous 65-inch smart TV, while the living room offers a 50-inch TV with Netflix, Binge and Kayo ready to enjoy. This home sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen bed A quintessential seaside residence where you can enjoy your holiday and unwind. What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. Guests have the choice of: BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations. Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price. Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, which includes one bath towel and two tea towels (for the first towel set ordered only). Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, which includes a bathmat and a hand towel. Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40. If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume that no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised otherwise. ** We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
