The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.
House Rules
Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we have reserved the right to evict guests. Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed. There is external CCTV in place. Rest assured, the system is only monitored in the event of any concerns or issues. Your safety and privacy are of utmost importance to us. Read and accept our terms and conditions. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules apply. All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK IN / OUT Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment of $1,000 is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result of breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. No loud music is to be played after 8 pm on weekdays, including Sundays, and after 10 pm on Friday and Saturday nights. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property. Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 7 am and 10 pm. This includes the basketball court, alfresco, deck area and trampoline. Please behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by the Council. 5. PETS Pets are not allowed at the property. 6. LINEN AND TOWELS Linen & Towels are provided for your stay. Lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request, please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact with you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this were to occur, then guests will be charged $300 + GST. Any complaint that cannot be resolved locally must be notified in writing to management prior to departure from the property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since management and owner are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Only the guests who agreed to the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip. Crockery and cutlery must be washed and packed away. The property must be left clean and tidy. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for cleaning dirty dishes, washing machines, washing dishwashers, emptying fridges, removing excessive rubbish, etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay. Smoking is not permitted in the house or on decks. 9. GENERAL INFORMATION Shoes must be removed on the trampoline, and this is used at your own risk. Please ensure the outside light that lights up the basketball court is turned off at night. Please park all vehicles within the property boundary. Occupant and visitor cars cannot be parked out on the street or in nature strip areas. No additional accommodation is permitted on site, such as tents, caravans, or campervans. Turn the spa off after use. Do not touch the glass on the fireplace. There is external CCTV in place. Rest assured, the system is only monitored in the event of any concerns or issues. Your safety and privacy are of utmost importance to us. Thank you for abiding by the terms and conditions.
