TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT We are excited to host you! To ensure a pleasant stay for you and our neighbours, please read and adhere to the Terms and Conditions below between Ready Set Stay and you, the Guest (hereinafter referred to as “You”) for the property to which your booking relates. • ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY: By confirming your booking and paying the deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with these terms and conditions throughout your stay. • GUEST OCCUPANCY: Only the guests included in your booking may stay overnight at the property. It is your responsibility to ensure the number of guests does not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the listing. • CHECK-IN / OUT: The house manual will be sent to you three (3) days prior to your check-in day, with all access and stay information. Check-in and check-out times are listed on the platform and sent upon booking confirmation. Please vacate the property on time, ensure all windows and doors are locked, and follow all check-out instructions provided. • SECURITY BOND: A security bond is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss, or expense caused by breaching these terms will be charged against the bond. Please report any damage or breakages immediately. The bond will be refunded within approximately seven (7) days of check-out if the property is left in a clean condition and no damages are reported. • PETS: Pets are not allowed at the property. Any evidence of pets on the premises may result in additional cleaning fees at fair value. • SMOKING: Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $350.00 cleaning fee to cover deodorising and cleaning costs. • EVENTS/PARTIES: Parties and events are strictly not permitted. Please respect our neighbourhood community. Any unauthorised gatherings may result in immediate termination of your stay and loss of your security bond. • CHILDREN & INFANTS: Children and infants (under 2 years) are welcome at the property. • QUIET HOURS: To respect our neighbours, quiet hours are enforced from 22:00 to 07:00 every day. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours, both indoors and outdoors. • RESPECT FOR NEIGHBOURS: Please do not disturb, annoy, or inconvenience neighbours. The use of fireworks or any unsafe behaviour is strictly prohibited. Unlawful activities are not permitted on the premises. • GENERAL CARE: - Please follow the leaving checklist provided upon check-out. Ensure the property is left in a clean and tidy condition, with all personal items removed and rubbish disposed of in the appropriate bins. - Do not rearrange furniture. Any damage caused by moving furniture will be charged to the guest. - Ensure keys and remotes are returned on check-out. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $150.00; lost remotes/fobs incur a replacement fee of $250.00. If keys are locked inside, a callout fee of $100.00 will apply. - If a complaint is raised, we will attempt to contact you using the phone number provided. Please ensure your contact details are up to date. • CHECK-IN/OUT AND PROPERTY HANDOVER: Please check the house manual and platform listing for your check-in/out times. Late check-outs may incur a fee. • SECURITY MONITORING: The property may be subject to security patrols to ensure compliance with house rules. This is to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all guests. • CODE OF CONDUCT: Guests are required to comply with any relevant council regulations and local code of conduct, especially regarding noise and waste disposal.
