This expansive haven graciously accommodates up to ten guests across three meticulously appointed bedrooms and two immaculate bathrooms. In the spirit of providing a personalized touch to your stay, we kindly request guests bring their own linen and towels. Located just a brief 5-minute stroll from our doorstep lies a serene and picturesque beach, beckoning you to immerse yourself in its tranquil embrace. Here, you can surrender to the rhythmic cadence of the waves, savour a leisurely sunset stroll, or simply bask in the serenity that only coastal living can offer. For your peace of mind and security, we've taken measures to install CCTV cameras on the exterior of the property. Rest assured, these cameras are positioned solely to safeguard your well-being while the interior of the home remains an exclusive sanctuary reserved for your relaxation and enjoyment. Nestled within a residential street with permanent neighbours, we extend our hospitality exclusively to mature guests who share our commitment to maintaining a harmonious coexistence with our local community. "My Island Home" is designed for those seeking a tranquil and rejuvenating holiday experience, and therefore, loud gatherings and parties are strictly prohibited. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we have reserved the right to evict guests. Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed. You are required to bring your linen and towels unless prearranged. Pets are welcome but must be cleaned up during/ after the stay. Security cameras are located on the outside of the home. Front and back yard areas. Rest assured, the system is only monitored in the event of any concerns or issues. Your safety and privacy are of utmost importance to us. Please read and accept our terms and conditions. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules apply. All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK IN / OUT Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. Refer to the house manual when booking the critical location; your unique code is confirmed. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management due to breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is on a residential street. No loud music will be played after 8 p.m. on weekdays, including Sunday, and after 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. Disobeying these rules may result in losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS Pets are allowed at the property, however, not inside the home. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. Any evidence of pets being inside may incur extra cleaning fees. 6. LINEN AND TOWELS Included in the home: doona, doona cover, pillows. What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels and hand towels. Guests have the choice of: BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also get their beach, bath, tea, and hand towels. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations. Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. All beds are the same price. Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set). Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including hand towels. Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40. Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request; please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot get you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this occurs, guests will be charged $300 + GST. Any complaint that cannot be resolved locally must be notified in writing to management before departure from the property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since management is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Only the guests who agreed to the booking may stay on the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for cleaning dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removing excessive rubbish, cleaning the BBQ, etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the standard cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. All furniture and furnishings must be left in their position when you arrive. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. If the keys are lost, duplicate keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100. Smoking is not permitted in the house. 9. SPECIFICS Security cameras are located on the outside of the home.
