Comprising two bedrooms, one bathroom, and one parking space, this fabulous apartment with high ceilings and a unique and modern design is an outstanding opportunity. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances. The home also has an open-plan living and dining area. The living area opens onto a generous private huge terrace with superb views of the famous Cowes Bay Beach. It is perfect for unwinding with a drink and BBQ at the end of the day with two couples or entertaining with the whole family. The bathroom has a sizeable stone-top vanity, spacious shower, and jet bath, offering the highest luxury. The two generously sized bedrooms both have built-in robes and share the spacious family bathroom featuring a large shower, stone-top vanity, toilet, and European Laundry. The ultra-chic apartment building provides lift access and secure undercover parking for your car, bike or boat. The home is set back from the main street and is perfectly quiet. We only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbors complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we have reserved the right to evict guests. Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been successfully completed. Please read and accept our terms and conditions. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK-IN / OUT Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment of $1,000 is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result of breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to are any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is located in a residential street. No loud music is to be played after 8 pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10 pm on Friday and Saturday night. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS Pets are not allowed at this property. 6. LINEN AND TOWELS All linen and towels are supplied for your convenience. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay asap as delivery charges may be charged for late notice requests. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request, please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this were to occur, then guests will be charged up to $300 + GST. In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform us at the earliest opportunity, so we have the chance to rectify the situation. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Only the guests agreed to in the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins on ground level. Crockery and cutlery must be washed and packed away. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, cleaning the BBQ etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys in the event of losing the keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100. Smoking is not permitted in the house. 9.
