Remo Resort is a beautiful unique home with a butterfly soaring ceiling that is both bright and airy. Full of character, and perfectly positioned to make the most of the view and northern aspect, the home has many breathtaking features and an incredible vibe that makes you want to stay on holiday. With the acres of green pasture and full water views, you'll feel immediately relaxed, and even be possibly lucky enough to see a mob of kangaroos come to say hello. Located in a private gated community, you'll instantly feel safe and secure with family, friends, kids and furry friends and know you're in for a quiet, peaceful stay. The central hallway leading from the front door provides access to 4 bedrooms (2 off either side of the hallway), all with BIRs. The main bedroom and bedroom 3 have private en-suites (each with a shower and toilet), and bedrooms 2 and 4 share access to another bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet. The huge, central open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room has a large solid fuel combustion fireplace, and incredible views over the deck, pool and spa down to Westernport. The 5th bedroom is down 4-5 steps from the dining room and has direct access to the garden and playground area, where there is a trampoline and a basketball court (BYO Ball). The home sits on over 2,000m2 of land. The private driveway leads to the home with plenty of parking in front of the house (the double garage is not for guest use). The rear covered deck leads out to the large private solar heated horizon pool (10m x 4m) and gas heated spa, overlooking the expansive landscaped garden via frameless glass balustrades, with views to Westernport. To the side of the home is a large enclosed yard, suitable for children and pets, with a cubby house, swings and slide, a trampoline and a basketball hoop. The home's western (rear) side has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The property also boasts a lush greenhouse, ideal for relaxing afternoon tea or a glass of wine. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

House Rules

Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbors complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we have reserved the right to evict guests. Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been successfully completed. Pets are welcome but must be cleaned up during/ after the stay. Read and accept our terms and conditions. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules applies. Required to bring your own linen and towels unless prearranged. All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK-IN / OUT Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. Refer to the house manual when booking the key location and your unique code is confirmed. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment of $1,000 is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management due to breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to are any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is in a residential street. No loud music is to be played after 8 pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10 pm on Friday and Saturday night. Disobeying these rules may result in losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS Pets are allowed at the property however not inside the home. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. Any evidence of pets being inside may incur extra cleaning fees. To the side of the home is a large, enclosed yard, suitable for children and pets 6. LINEN AND TOWELS Included in the home: doona, doona cover and pillows. What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. Guests have the choice of: BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations. Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $35 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price. Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set). Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel. Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40. If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours’ notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted at the phone number provided on the booking request. Please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this were to occur, then guests will be charged up to $300. Any complaint that cannot be resolved locally must be notified in writing to management before departure from the property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakage, and loss during your stay, please notify us. Only the guests agreed to in the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for cleaning dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, cleaning the BBQ, etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the standard cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. All furniture and furnishings must be left in their position when you arrived. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay. You are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys in the event of losing the keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100. Smoking is not permitted in the house. 9. GENERAL INFORMATION The house has Sunbeam Barista Max Coffee Machine – BYO your own coffee beans. Remo Resort is part of a private gated community. There are strict guidelines concerning disrespectful parties and excess noise.
