Stay in the lap of family-friendly with this 4-bedroom home with a study, with character and charm, it's perfect for a family getaway or a few couples enjoying the coast. This home is drenched in crisp clean white and cream furniture, with plush bedding and high-end furniture. The master suite has a walk-in robe and ensuite, and multiple living areas. There is plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

House Rules

Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbors complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we have reserved the right to evict guests. Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been successfully completed. Pets are welcome but must be cleaned up during/ after the stay. Read and accept our terms and conditions. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules applies. All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK-IN / OUT Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment of $1,000 is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result of breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to are any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is located in a residential street. No loud music is to be played after 8 pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10 pm on Friday and Saturday night. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS Pets are allowed at the property however not inside the home. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. Any evidence of pets being inside may incur extra cleaning fees. 6. LINEN AND TOWELS Guests are supplied with fresh linen and towels. Lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request, please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this were to occur, then guests will be charged $300 + GST. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management before departure from the property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management is not responsible for any injuries, illness, or accidents while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Only the guests agreed to in the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip. Crockery and cutlery must be washed and packed away. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, cleaning the BBQ etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys in the event of losing the keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100. Smoking is not permitted in the house. 9. SPECIFIC The garage is not accessible for guests. The fireplace is not available for use. Guests cannot cook fish or shellfish in the home or BBQ as the owner has anaphylaxis. Thank you for abiding by the terms and conditions. Bedroom 1: 1x King Bed - Main level Bedroom 2: 1x Queen Bed - Upstairs Bedroom 3: 1x Queen Bed - Upstairs Bedroom 4: 2x King Single Beds - Upstairs Guests are supplied with fresh linen and towels. Lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs. We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged. Parties are not allowed and noise and music need to be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. There is to be no music after 9 pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 11 pm on Friday and Sat night. Disobeying these rules may result in losing your bond. We have permanent residents as neighbours with young kids. Disturbance to our neighbours and police involvement, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in losing your bond.
