Step into a beautifully designed living space that exudes warmth and style at Stud Park Residence. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this townhouse offers ample space for families or guests. The layout is designed to maximize comfort and practicality. When you first enter the home turn right and access the living area where you can unwind in the cozy lounge and TV. Step left and you will enter the garage suitable for one car. The home is accessible from the garage. As you venture upstairs you will find the open-plan dining area, perfect for intimate meals or dinner parties and fully equipped kitchen which has all your kitchen needs including oven, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. On this level there is the master bedroom with a queen size bed and a separate bathroom. A dedicated desk and chair are provided for those who need to work or study also located in the master bedroom. Step out onto the balcony from the master bedroom. A perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Walk up another flight of stairs and you reach the other two bedrooms both with queen size beds and another seperate bathroom. Enjoy unparalleled convenience with Stud Park Shopping Centre just steps away. A short drive will take you to Knox City Shopping Mall, Dandenong Market, and Caribbean Garden, providing a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Public transport is a breeze with a bus stop right across the street, and you're within walking distance of beautiful parklands with children’s playgrounds, perfect for family weekend activities. This is more than just a place to stay—it's your home away from home. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

House Rules

There are strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. We welcome mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbors complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we have reserved the right to evict guests. Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed. Read and accept our terms and conditions. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules apply. All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK IN / OUT Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. Refer to the house manual when booking the critical location; your unique code is confirmed. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management due to breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is on a residential street. No loud music will be played after 8 p.m. on weekdays, including Sunday, and after 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. Disobeying these rules may result in losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS Pets are NOT allowed at the property. 6. LINEN AND TOWELS All linen and towels are included in your stay. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request; please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this occurs, guests will be charged $300 + GST. Any complaint that cannot be resolved locally must be notified in writing to management before departure from the property. We recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance since management is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must follow all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft, and loss of property during your stay. Please let us know immediately if this happens. Only the guests who agreed to the booking may stay overnight at the property. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, and all rubbish must be put in the rubbish bins provided in the complex. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for cleaning dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removing excessive rubbish, etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the added costs over and above the standard cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. All furniture and furnishings must be left in their position when you arrive. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of all accommodation keys and remotes, if any are provided. If either of these is lost, there will be an extra charge of $100 for keys and $250 for the remote. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Thank you for abiding by the terms and conditions.
