It is located in a fantastic location on Toorak Road, with tram stops at the door and between two railway stations.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an inviting open plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The well-equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs, allowing you to indulge in the joy of cooking. Unwind and immerse yourself in the cozy living area, complete with a smart TV. The bedroom exudes a delightful ambiance, adorned with ample natural light and featuring a comfortable queen size bed, perfect for accommodating up to two guests. Indulge in the bathroom (ensuite), offering a shower and toilet. Additionally, in this room is a convenient washing machine and dryer are provided for your convenience. Please note that the access to the apartment is via a few flights of stairs, as there are no lifts available on the premises. The property is equipped with a 50 litre hot water unit. This will provide 6 minutes of continuous hot water before requiring time to heat again. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

If neighbours complain or police are called this could affect your bond and we have the reserve the right to evict guests. Read and accept our terms and conditions. There is a car park area around the back of the building and is number 12. The car park 12 is the closest car park to the building (near the clothesline). Please refer to House manual. Please note that the car park available is quite small.
