This home is very inviting with the open-plan living, ample living areas and the warmth and atmosphere provided by the fireplace and has full air conditioning throughout the home. Enjoy the entertainer's kitchen, generously proportioned with ample storage, Caesar stone benchtops with Smeg appliances and a storage/butlers pantry that flows to a north-facing deck ideal for alfresco dining. Outdoors also provides huge options with an outdoor BBQ, beautifully manicured garden and a lawn area with plenty of space for the kids to play. It is a 10-minute walk to both the bay beach and Blairgowrie Village or get in the car and travel a little to see all that the Peninsula has to offer, from award-winning wineries and restaurants to kids activities and bush walks. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours.
