Designed to echo the tranquil ambience of the island, this home is the epitome of comfort and convenience. As you enter, be greeted by the signature hallway leading you to the heart of the house. With three elegantly designed bedrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families. Every bedroom is modern and fresh. On this level, two full bathrooms are spacious and equipped with all the essentials. There is an ensuite in the master bedroom and a main bathroom available. Both with showers and toilets. There is also a separate toilet. For those who love cooking and entertaining, the kitchen is a dream. Modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, fridge, and stove, ensure enjoyable and effortless meal preparations. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area is the perfect spot for intimate dinners or morning brunches. Take a seat and unwind in the inviting and contemporary living space, where relaxation meets modern comfort. Relax and unwind on the balcony which can be accessed from the dining/living area. Feel free to engage in productive work while maintaining awareness by utilizing the designated study nook. If you venture downstairs, discover another welcoming living area, complete with a convenient fold-out double sofa bed. For your convenience, a kitchenette is also located on this level featuring a fridge, kettle and sink. On this level, there is a third bathroom with a shower and toilet. Additionally, indulge in some entertainment in the adjacent area, featuring a table tennis table for your enjoyment. Enjoy some quiet time on the deck area or spend some time in the spacious backyard. Kindly be aware that the backyard is currently undergoing development and, while it is securely enclosed, it is currently in a raw, unfinished state with bare soil. Please note that we don't allow for pets. Convenient parking is provided within the secure confines of the garage. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited. Please BYO linen for the portacot. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no towel sets are requested for hire unless advised. We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
