This home sleeps 12 guests across 3 bedrooms Bedroom 1: 1x King bed (2 guests) Bedroom 2: 1 x Tri bunk and 1 x single bunk (5 guests) Bedroom 3: 1 x Tri bunk and 1 x single bunk (5 guests) Please note: there is one baby porta cot also available. Linen is provided for your stay. What to bring: beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. Guests have the choice of hiring the following: Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set). Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel. Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40. If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice as last minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised. We ask all guests please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged. This is the perfect Tootgarook holiday house for some couples, a small group of friends or a family and walking distance to the beach. Not suitable for parties.
