Good to know

Spanning two levels, the home offers welcoming open spaces, the upper level comprises the master bedroom with a walk-in robe, large screen TV and ensuite, an open plan kitchen and a living and dining area. It also provides access to the outdoor balcony, with its gas BBQ and seating, ideal for enjoying this superior location and water glimpses. The downstairs entry leads to a further two bedrooms, each with built-in robes, and ceiling fans, together with the family bathroom. The spacious double garage has a table tennis table for your enjoyment. The house is in a very quiet residential street, surrounded by permanent residents, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

House Rules

Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we have reserved the right to evict guests. Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed. Pets are welcome but must be cleaned up during/ after the stay. Please read and accept our terms and conditions. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules apply. You are required to bring your linen and towels unless prearranged. All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK-IN / OUT Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. Refer to the house manual when booking the critical location, and your unique code is confirmed. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment of $1,000 is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss, or expense incurred by Management due to breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage, excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is located on a residential street. No loud music is to be played after 8 pm on weekdays, including Sunday, and after 10 pm on Friday and Saturday nights. Disobeying these rules may result in losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS Dogs are permitted. However, the area is residential, and only dogs that won't bark when the owners leave the home will be permitted to avoid disturbing the neighbors. 6. LINEN AND TOWELS Included in the home: doona, doona cover, and pillows. What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Guests have the choice of: BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath, tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations. Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price. Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set). Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel. Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40. Ask Management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request; please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange for a security patrol car to attend to the home to investigate the complaint. If this occurs, guests would be charged up to $300. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Management before departure from the property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management is not responsible for any injuries, illness, or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety, and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbors. You are responsible for damage, breakage, and loss during your stay; please notify us. Only the guests who agreed to the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for cleaning dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, cleaning the BBQ, etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the standard cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. All furniture and furnishings must be left in their position when you arrived. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay. You are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys. In the event of losing the keys, duplicate keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100. Smoking is not permitted in the house. 9. GENERAL INFORMATION The home has a coffee machine that uses Nespresso pods. Feel accessible to BYO coffee pods. The shed will not be available for guests. Tiny dogs may squeeze through the outside fence. Please ensure the portable speaker is left at home. If the water ever turns cold, go to the power box outside the front door.
