A lovely neat beach home awaits you - and the convenience. You'll be so close to everything! All you need for a relaxed holiday and set on a large block, this property ticks all the boxes. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms - Such a great price for a convenient lovely property! There is plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax. Wooli Waves offers two living areas with two flat-screen TVs, a fully equipped kitchen area and plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax. There is plenty of space for all both inside and out. The ground level comprises the spacious master bedroom with an ensuite and a large, private sitting/living room which would make the perfect parents' retreat. On the middle level are the main, modern bathroom, laundry and the three remaining robed bedrooms, one of which flows out to the rear entertaining decking that overlooks the backyard. Wooli Waves is in a great location just moments from the beach Guests can benefit from private parking available in the driveway and carport, unlimited WIFI, an outdoor basketball ring and a firepit (BYO firewood). The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

House Rules

Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbors complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we have reserved the right to evict guests. Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been successfully completed. Pets are welcome but must be cleaned up during/ after the stay. Read and accept our terms and conditions. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules applies. Required to bring your own linen and towels unless prearranged. 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK IN / OUT Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to are any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is in a residential street. No loud music to be played after 8pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10pm on Friday and Saturday night. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS Pets are allowed at the property. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. Any evidence of pets being inside may incur extra cleaning fees. We are pet friendly for small to medium dogs up to 25Kg. Maximum 2 dogs. Pets must remain outside at all times. 6. LINEN AND TOWELS Included in the home: doona, doona cover and pillows. What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. Guests have the choice of: BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations. Linen Set Hire - Linen set includes 1x fitted sheet 1x flat sheet and 2x pillowcases. Towel Set Hire - Towel set includes 1x bath towel and 2x tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set). Bathroom Set Hire - Bathroom set includes 1x bathmat and 1x hand towel. Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery / set-up fee of $40. If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any added pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours’ notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen / towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request, please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this were to occur, then guests will be charged $300 + GST. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management prior to departure from the property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must follow all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and during your stay. You must let us know of this immediately. Only the guests agreed to in the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, cleaning the BBQ etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the added costs over and above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of all accommodation keys and remotes if any are provided. In case of losing either of these, there will be an extra charge of $100 for keys and $250 for the remote. Smoking is not allowed in the house. 9. GENERAL Please note - The spa bath is not operational. There is a firepit at the home for use – Please BYO firewood. Thank you for abiding by the terms and conditions.
